Brief Biography
Savannah Smith has practiced law since 2018 and joined Plauche, Smith & Nieset, LLC in 2025 after spending the first seven years of her career in Baton Rouge. She has defended clients at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. Her practice is dedicated to civil litigation. Her principal areas of practice include general insurance defense; defense of public entities; premises liability claims; and commercial/contractual disputes.
