Brief Biography:
Van Seneca is originally from Iberville Parish. He started his legal career in Lake Charles during 1989. After a clerkship with Judge James Trimble at the federal court, he was and associate and then a partner with a Lake Charles law firm engaged in the general civil practice of law, providing civil litigation services to industrial and insurance clients, business planning and transactions, real estate services, wills and estate services, and enforcing creditor rights in civil and bankruptcy courts. He continued that practice with his own law offices for the next 10 years until joining the firm at the beginning of 2019. He has experience trying cases in state and federal court, and is admitted in Louisiana and Texas.
