Michael J. McNulty, III is a partner at Plauché, Smith & Nieset, LLC. McNulty has been practicing law since 1976 and has been practicing with the firm since 1980. He has devoted his entire practice to litigation. His principal areas of practice involve construction defense, premises liability, arson, products liability, warranty/redhibition actions, insurance defense, general liability and governmental entity liability. McNulty has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials in both State and Federal Court.
