Brief Biography:

Jacinda L. Denison was admitted to the California bar in 1997.  Her Los Angeles practice concentrated on tax, real estate, and wealth transfer planning.  For over 15 years, Jacinda advised in the public, private, and government sectors in California, Arizona and Washington, in policy, compliance and operations.  Now living in Southwest Louisiana, Jacinda has been with Plauché, Smith & Nieset, LLC, since 2013, joining the firm after obtaining her Louisiana license in 2019.   Jacinda’s entire practice is devoted to litigation, with an emphasis on defending individuals in personal injury claims, and defending businesses and governmental entities in employment, compliance, premises liability, and mass casualty lawsuits.
