Brief Biography:

Jeffrey M. Cole is a Senior Partner at Plauché, Smith & Nieset, LLC practicing primarily in insurance defense and workers’ compensation defense litigation. He has been with the firm since March of 1980 and has participated in a wide variety of litigation, including products liability, trucking accidents, premises liability, automobile accident cases and business litigation. His principal areas of practice include personal injury defense and workers’ compensation defense matters. Cole is experienced in all types of litigation and its attendant discovery issues and motion practice.

  • Has tried numerous jury trials involving trucking accidents, premises defects, and products liability
