Frank M. Walker, Jr., born July 9, 1951, obtained his B.A. degree
from University of the South in
Sewanee, Tennessee in 1973 and his
J.D. degree from LSU Law School in
1976, finishing in the top 10% of his
class. After graduation, he served for
one year as Law Clerk on the Louisiana
Court of Appeal, Second Circuit
(Louisiana’s only conservative
appellate court) in Shreveport under
Chief Judge James Bolin.
He is admitted to practice in all
of the state and federal district
courts and all of the state appellate
courts of Louisiana, the U.S. Fifth

Circuit Court of Appeals, and the
United States Supreme Court. He is
a member of the Louisiana
He is a member of the
Louisiana Association of Defense
Counsel, the Southwest Louisiana
Bar Association, the Louisiana State
Bar and the American Bar
Association.
Frank M. Walker, Jr. joined the
firm in 1977. Since then, he has handled
a broad range of cases and is
highly regarded for his skill as a trial
advocate in cases involving complex
factual disputes.
