H. David Vaughan II

H. David Vaughan II, born
October 31, 1961, obtained a B.S.
degree from McNeese State University
magna cum laude in 1982. After
graduation, he was employed by
Amoco Production Company until
1985 when he entered LSU Law
School, graduating in 1988 with a
J.D. degree. In law school, he served
as Senior Editor of the Louisiana Law
Review.
David Vaughan is a member of
the Southwest Louisiana, and
Louisiana State Bar Associations, as
 
well as the Louisiana Association of
Defense Council, for which he has
served as Director. He is admitted to
practice in all of the state, district,
and appellate courts of Louisiana,
the U.S. District Courts for the
Western, Eastern, and Middle
District Courts of Louisiana, and the
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth
Circuit.
David Vaughan’s focus of practice
is personal injury defense, as
well as all other areas of insurance
defense.
