Charles V. Musso, Jr., born
August 2, 1955, obtained a B.A.
degree from Louisiana State University
in 1979 and a J.D. degree from
LSU Law School in 1984. Upon
graduation, he joined the firm in
Lake Charles where he now handles
all types of insurance cases.
He is
admitted to practice in all of the
state and federal district and appellate
courts of Louisiana, the Federal
District Court for the Eastern District
of Texas, and the U.S. Court of
Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a
member of the American, Louisiana

State, and Southwest Louisiana Bar
Associations, the Louisiana Association
of Defense Counsel, Southwest
Louisiana Association of Defense
Counsel, and the Defense Research
Institute.
Chip Musso has conducted
seminars on public school liability
and nursing home liability and practices
extensively in this area. He also
handles all types of bodily injury,
products liability, and worker’s compensation
cases.
